Certain materials may have been screened or processed to remove debris to varying levels. Varying by
product, some debris such as small stones, mulch-like material, including twigs, and sticks may still be

Yard & Garden Blend
This is our best selling soil. Commonly used for lawns, gardens, flower beds, and other projects where a higher nutrient soil is desired. Yarden and Garden Blend soil has much higher organic matter and nutrient level than our Standard Topsoil. See below for more information.

Screened Topsoil
Commonly used for lawns, fill, gardens, and other projects where basic topsoil is needed. Bulk product is the same great product found in bags labeled as Prelude Soil (Is the Prelude for Great Growing!). See below for more information.

Compost

Mortar Sand
Also referred to as “Mason Sand”. Material has been processed to filter out debris. Will contain very small stones, but virtually no other debris. Commonly used in private beach areas, play areas, masonry applications, paver and retaining wall bedding and fill.

Typically, significantly less debris compared to fill sand, however material has not been screened or processed to filter out debris and could contain debris such as small stones, rocks, clay, twigs, etc. Commonly used as general fill where drainage is desired, private beach areas, play areas, paver and retaining wall bedding and fill.
