Sand

Typically, significantly less debris compared to fill sand, however material has not been screened or processed to filter out debris and could contain debris such as small stones, rocks, clay, twigs, etc. (Is comparable to beach sand, where small stones and twigs may be found.) Compacts well, but material does not bind together well. Commonly used as general fill where drainage is desired, private beach areas, play areas, paver and retaining wall bedding and fill. Allows drainage.  Little variance batch to batch.  Approximately 2,700lbs per cubic yard. Available for pickup and delivery.  Available at Quincy St. location.
