Delivery Information

Most Deliveries can be processed same day or the next day, Monday-Saturday.  We maintain a fleet of equipment to process high volume, but can fill to capacity. Requesting delivery mid week will help ensure material is received for weekend projects.

Delivery capacity is limited by volume or weight; depending on Product Type.  Deliveries fees are based on our standard truck capacity.  Quantity of trips needed to fill an order may not necessarily correlate with quanity of delivery fees charged.  Deliveries are scheduled using equipment and methods we determine the most effecient, including the option of hiring third party equipment with higher capacity than our standard trucks.  Depending on material type, weight, truck capacity, routing, timing, customer demand, and other factors, an order may require fewer or more than than the number of delivery fees charged.  See below for additional delivery capacity information. 

Delivery Terms & Disclaimer

By purchasing our delivery service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

You assume the risk of incidental property damage that may occur during the delivery process, including but not limited to cracked driveway surfaces, sidewalks, curbs, lawn or landscape damage, underground utilities, sprinkler systems, septic systems, or other property damage. Our liability for such incidental damage is waived to the fullest extent permitted by law. You assume full responsibility for any material unloaded within public rights-of-way, including any resulting damage, claims, injuries, or violations.
Customers are responsible for informing us, prior to delivery, of any driveways, sidewalks, curbs, landscaping, underground utilities, sprinkler systems, septic systems, overhead obstructions, soft ground, or other areas, structures, or hazards they wish our driver to avoid in the vicinity of the requested unloading location. Our drivers are not aware of hidden or sensitive site conditions unless they are disclosed before delivery. We are not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed conditions or areas the customer failed to identify or instruct us to avoid.
Payment is required prior to unloading product. 
Standard delivery rates include unloading material in one reasonably accessible location. Requesting unloading in multiple locations, additional maneuvering, or unloading in areas other than a standard driveway may be subject to additional fees. Requests to unload material anywhere other than a driveway are subject to the driver's sole discretion based on site conditions, safety, equipment limitations, accessibility, overhead obstructions, soft ground, slope, and other potential hazards.  

If the requested unloading location cannot be safely accessed due to hazards, obstacles, inadequate space, weight restrictions, soft ground, overhead obstructions, or other site conditions, the driver may unload the material in an alternate location deemed safe and reasonably accessible. The driver's decision regarding safe unloading locations is final. If you indicate at the time of purchase that you or your representative will be present to direct the driver but are not available upon arrival, additional delivery fees may apply if extra time, additional trips, or return visits are required. If no one is available to provide instructions, the driver may, at their sole discretion, either (1) unload the material in the safest and most appropriate location based on their professional judgment, or (2) cancel the delivery and return the material to our facility. If a delivery is canceled due to the customer's absence or inability to provide unloading instructions, the original delivery charge is non-refundable. Returned material may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our return policy; however, applicable restocking, handling, and other fees may apply. If delivery is rescheduled, a new delivery charge will apply.  

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Deliveries times may be affected by traffic, weather, equipment issues, previous deliveries, customer delays, product availability, road conditions, mechanical breakdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.  We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the delivery of materials, including but not limited to lost time, labor costs, project delays, lost profits, loss of business, loss of use, rental equipment costs, contractor downtime, or any other economic or consequential losses. Our maximum liability for any claim arising out of the delivery of materials shall not exceed the amount paid for the delivery service.
