Attention! Avoid colorant washing!
The colorant from color enhanced mulch does not dry well while sitting in large piles. Manufacturers recommend avoiding installation of color enhanced mulch if rain is forecasted within 24-48 hours (avoid sprinkling). Install in these conditions at your own risk. No corrective action will be taken if colorant washing occurs. If colorant washing does occur, usually only the top layer is affected. Color can often be restored by raking your installed mulch.

Dark brown in color made from cocoa bean shells as a by-product of chocolate manufacturing. Offers strong chocolate smell. Available at Lakewood Blvd and Quincy St. locations.
Mostly brown in color, but color can vary greatly batch to batch. Typically used for garden applications, not commonly used in landscape applications. Made from leaves that are partially shredded and/or partially decomposed add nutrients to the soil and maintain soil moisture.
